Account Locked Due to Email Address

We now have in place a system to check email addresses assigned to an account, if an email sent out via the site (mass email, subscription email, PM notification or private email) bounces (i.e. is invalid) it will lock your account.

If this happens (you will receive a PM notification pop up) simply go to the Edit Email & Password section in the User Control Panel and change the email address to a valid one you use.

On doing this the site will send an authorisation email to the address you specified, this is similar to the email you received when first joining. You MUST click the authorisation link in the email to reactivate your account.

If you do not receive the authorisation email, check your spam/junk folder in your mail client.


We apologise if this is an inconvenience but it is necessary as we are currently receiving in excess of 600 bounced emails every time a mass email goes out plus all the ones in between for other email communications/notifications.

If you still have problems do not hesitate to contact an administrator.
