Folks,

Just a wee reminder that "text talk" isn't appreciated on NOS. We have an entry in our rules that can be found here:

and it states:

NOS actively discourages the use of "text speak" on the forum. Use of this type of language will result in warnings from the staff and persistent use may result in infraction points being issued (which can result in your account being banned).

There's no excuse for the use of this type of language on a public forum; there are no limits on how much you can type and there's no cost implication of typing beyond a certain limit.

We're not asking for everyone to use perfect grammar, spelling and punctuation; simply that you make an effort to write as correctly as you can.

Commonly used Internet acronyms are permitted (i.e. LOL, LMAO and so on).
